Infra DigiTech is recruiting Business Development Interns in Bengaluru. Its current careers board lists two places, a four-to-six-month duration and monthly pay of INR 8,000–12,000. This is a full-time office opportunity with joint local visits. Jobsii checked the employer’s vacancy and careers directory on 28 October 2026; applicants should review those official pages again before emailing their application.
The stipend within the advertised range depends on the interview. A separate bonus applies when a booked demonstration leads to an order; its amount is undisclosed. The employer describes a subsequent Business Development Executive offer as conditional on successful internship completion. Joint field travel is reimbursed. The notice gives no application deadline, joining date, daily schedule, experience-year threshold or explanation of successful completion. Ask for those details in writing before accepting.
Graduates and final-year students from any discipline may apply; BBA, MBA, B.Com and engineering are specifically welcomed. The role calls for English communication, confidence with unsolicited phone and email outreach, online research, Excel and willingness to learn a CRM. Kannada, Hindi, Tamil or Telugu provides an advantage. Applicants must be available full-time in Bengaluru throughout the internship, including local visits.
The work combines researching potential customers, identifying decision-makers, arranging demonstrations, joining sales visits and maintaining pipeline reports. Target organisations include healthcare providers, banks and factories. Training covers products and B2B selling, including factory exposure. The careers directory places this internship within the company’s sales team; applicants looking principally for software development should assess that distinction before applying.
The employer requests a CV and brief note by email, with the role in the subject. The vacancy’s published application address is anirudh@infra-digitech.com. Use the official vacancy below to check that address before sending. The application method is email; Jobsii does not collect applications or select candidates. The notice does not publish a complete selection sequence.
Everything below is editorial preparation advice, rather than extra eligibility conditions or a prediction of interview questions. First, compare your availability with an office internship involving local travel. Put your class timetable, examinations, commute and other commitments into a calendar. If a final-year project requires regular campus attendance, identify the conflict before discussing a joining date. A clear availability statement is more useful than promising unrestricted attendance and discovering an academic clash later. You can then ask the employer a specific scheduling question with dates attached.
Practise with a fictional hospital expansion or bank branch opening. Create columns for organisation, publicly documented development, likely relevant department, evidence link and next research question. Explain why each entry belongs on a target list instead of collecting a large number of unrelated names. Distinguish a confirmed expansion announcement from your own assumption about possible demand. Use public company contact channels and avoid collecting personal contact information unnecessarily. This exercise demonstrates how you organise uncertain information; it does not require contacting real buyers or claiming that they are interested.
Write a short practice message that introduces the reason for contacting an organisation, connects a possible operational need with a product conversation and asks for a suitable next step. Remove unsupported savings figures, invented customer endorsements and claims about technical capabilities you have not checked. Read the message aloud: a recipient should understand its purpose without decoding jargon. Prepare a polite response for someone who declines or directs you to a different department. The aim is to show clear communication and respect for the recipient, rather than memorising an aggressive sales script.
A useful practice tracker could contain account name, contact channel, latest interaction date, current stage, next action and action owner. Add a unique account identifier so spelling differences do not create duplicate records. Separate meetings requested, meetings confirmed, demonstrations completed and orders received; these represent different outcomes. Build a simple summary from the underlying rows and check that its totals agree with the data. You can describe this exercise in a portfolio or discussion, while making clear that the records are fictional. The employer has not prescribed this particular format or announced a spreadsheet test.
For a mock customer visit, prepare a one-page note with the customer’s stated problem, questions still unanswered, proposed follow-up and agreed owner. Keep customer statements separate from your interpretation. For example, a request for a demonstration does not establish budget approval or an immediate buying decision. Practise writing a concise handover that another team member could understand without attending the meeting. If you refer to previous work in your application, remove confidential prices, customer identities and internal documents unless you have permission to share them. Explain your own contribution accurately.
Choose evidence connected to research, coordination, communication or organised follow-up. A college event sponsorship activity, student society project or customer-facing assignment can be relevant when you explain your actual responsibility and a result you can support. Do not present participation as ownership of the whole project. In the short note, state why this sales internship interests you, your current academic or graduation status, and when you could be available. Check that the CV opens correctly, has a clear filename and uses an email address you monitor. These are presentation suggestions, not additional application documents demanded by the employer.
Ask which stipend figure would appear in your offer, when it is paid and whether any deductions apply. Clarify how a demonstration is attributed to an intern, when an order qualifies for the bonus and how reimbursements are submitted. Discuss supervision, office attendance, visit arrangements and how performance will be reviewed. Ask what successful completion means for the later offer and whether its salary and timing are available. Compare the written terms with your own travel and living budget. Do not treat a possible bonus or later job as money already secured.
The employer’s vacancy contains the application instructions and detailed conditions. Its careers directory independently lists this internship among current openings. Neither page supplies a closing date. Review the live notice when preparing your email, and retain a copy of the terms you receive from the employer.
