These terms govern your use of jobsii.in(“Jobsii”, “we”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Notice.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use Jobsii and must provide accurate registration details. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Using Jobsii
- Provide truthful information in your profile, résumé, and job posts.
- Do not misuse the platform — no unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing content; no scraping, spamming, or attempts to breach security or access data you’re not entitled to.
- Recruiters must use candidate data only to evaluate candidates for genuine roles, consistent with our Privacy Notice and applicable law.
Content and intellectual property
You keep ownership of the content you submit, and grant Jobsii a licence to host and display it as needed to provide the service (for example, showing a candidate profile to recruiters). The Jobsii platform, brand, and software remain our property.
Payments
Recruiter plans and credits are billed as described at purchase. Fees are processed by our payment provider; unless required by law, payments are non-refundable once the associated service has been used.
Availability and disclaimer
We work to keep Jobsii reliable but provide the service “as is”, without warranties. We do not guarantee employment, hiring outcomes, or the accuracy of listings or profiles submitted by users. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or the law. You may delete your account at any time (candidates from Account → Security → Delete account; recruiters by contacting support).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of India.
