Sure is advertising a six-month Marketing Intern opening in Mumbai with a stipend of INR 20,000 per month. The official listing places the role on-site at The Playce Millenium, Mulund West, and shows an experience range of zero to one year. Jobsii checked the vacancy, current careers index and employer-linked application form on 3 November 2026.
This opportunity combines marketing execution with acquisition, activation and retention work. Applicants need to be comfortable using AI, looking at numbers and explaining why an experiment might improve a user journey. The application also asks for an example of something the candidate has built with AI, making evidence of practical work particularly relevant.
Sure asks for systems thinking, comfort interpreting a funnel, curiosity about financial decisions and a willingness to try an experiment rather than wait for a perfect brief. The listing expects candidates already to use AI for activities such as research or writing. It does not name a compulsory AI product or require a data-science qualification.
The advertised experience band is zero to one year. No particular degree, graduation batch, minimum marks, age limit or professional certification is published. That absence does not establish that every educational background will be accepted; explain your actual experience and relevant work in the application. The form's AI-work question is more specific than a general statement that you are interested in AI.
The intern would work on acquisition and retention across paid, organic and lifecycle channels. Tasks include using AI-assisted workflows for campaign ideas, creative testing and optimization, tracking growth metrics, running experiments and documenting learning. The vacancy names installs, customer acquisition cost, activation and retention among the measures to understand.
There is also collaboration with product and design on onboarding and other in-app journeys. Campaigns, creative work and posting schedules are part of the description, but the role extends to diagnosing where a funnel breaks and proposing an explanation. The employer does not publish ad budgets, performance targets, a fixed channel allocation or a complete marketing tool stack.
Sure describes itself as a consumer fintech team currently focused on home loans. This is context for its interest in user decisions and financial behavior, not an instruction for applicants to give financial advice or promise savings in their work samples.
The vacancy specifies six months and on-site work in Mulund West, Mumbai 400080. The application describes the office as The Playce Millennium, Marathon Millenium, Mulund. It offers both already-in-Mumbai and ready-to-relocate responses, so the form does not impose a Mumbai-residents-only rule.
The internship stipend is INR 20,000 per month. The employer does not disclose a daily shift, working days, leave policy, equipment provision, relocation support, accommodation or payment schedule. An exact joining date is also undisclosed; candidates are asked for their earliest availability. Clarify the roster and reporting address before making arrangements.
The role page advertises a post-internship full-time offer at INR 8–10 lakh annual CTC. That figure is separate from the INR 20,000 monthly internship stipend. The page does not explain the conversion conditions, offer allocation, conversion rate or CTC components, and Jobsii cannot establish whether every intern would receive an offer.
The application asks whether the candidate can join a full-time role immediately after the internship. Answer that availability question accurately; it does not itself confirm that an offer has been made. Confirm the proposed role, conversion terms and compensation breakdown directly with the employer before relying on the advertised future package.
Use Apply for this role on the official vacancy page. It links to the Google Form titled Marketing Intern Application. Jobsii could inspect the loaded form through an existing browser session; unauthenticated requests reached Google's sign-in and necessary-cookie gate. Applicants need a Google account to access that route.
Required questions shown include email, name, phone number, office availability, a link to the last thing built with AI, earliest joining availability, post-internship full-time availability and a resume upload. The resume field specifies one PDF file, with a maximum size of 10 MB. Do not substitute another file type merely because a different employer accepts it.
The phone question asks for the number used to sign up on the app. It does not explain additional app-onboarding requirements in the form. For clarification, the form lists careers@sure.financial as its help address. Jobsii did not create an app account, upload a file or submit an application.
Google's form notice says account identity information is recorded when files are uploaded and the form is submitted. Review that notice before proceeding. No publication deadline or vacancy count is stated on the role page. The role is currently listed on the hiring index, but candidates should recheck it before applying.
The vacancy lists a 45-minute aptitude and logic test followed by a conversation with the team. The application introduction says suitable applicants will be called for an in-person interview. It does not give interview dates, a qualifying score, test syllabus or response-time guarantee.
Prepare to explain your reasoning and the decisions behind your work. The employer has not published its actual test questions, so do not treat an online practice set or a sample project as an official assessment.
The following is Jobsii editorial preparation advice, not Sure's assigned task. Choose a fictional onboarding flow and define a specific problem, such as people installing an app but not completing an introductory step. Separate what is observed from what is assumed. A low completion rate can suggest a question to investigate; it does not prove which message or screen caused the problem.
Write a short hypothesis, the proposed change, one primary measure and a guardrail. For example, clearer introductory text might help users understand the next step, while a guardrail checks that complaints or accidental actions do not rise. Use invented practice data and label it clearly. Do not present simulated outcomes as customer research or a successful live campaign.
If AI helps generate variants or summarize feedback, explain what you prompted, what you changed and how you checked the result. Keep a small record of the starting assumption, evidence, decision and remaining uncertainty. A real, explainable artifact is a stronger answer to the form's AI-work question than an unsupported claim of expertise in many tools.
